Dear SPCG members and friends of Sandy Point,

You are invited and very welcome to attend our upcoming AGM for 2025. The AGM is an important opportunity to reflect on the past year, present financial and operational reports, and elect the Office Bearers and Committee members for the coming year.

The AGM will be followed by an Open Forum chaired by the SPCG President, providing an opportunity to raise any issues or concerns and provide feedback, suggestions and ideas.

Nomination for Committee of Management
All current Committee members are eligible to renominate and we encourage financial members to consider nominating for a position on the Committee. It’s a great opportunity to take an active role in guiding our group and contributing to the Sandy Point community.

All Committee roles are open for nomination, including:

• President

• Vice President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• General Committee Members

You may nominate yourself or another financial member (with their consent) for any of these positions. Nominations must be signed by the nominee and two financial members and submitted to [email protected] no later than 13 September 2026.  If you would like to speak to someone about joining the Committee, please contact me at [email protected].
