Grey Butcherbird
COMMON NAME: Grey Butcherbird
CATEGORIES: Bush
Like their larger cousin the Magpie, the Grey Butcherbird’s call is a pleasant and mellifluous addition to the bush sounds of Sandy Point.
A sentinel bird, you might spot one sitting high on a fence or up in a tree, waiting to ambush its prey. Sunbathing skinks beware!
