COMMON NAME: Straw-necked Ibis

CATEGORIES: Inlet Farmland

Large nomadic waders, these ibises occasionally turn up at the inlet in large flocks.

They are distinct from the Australian White Ibises as they have dark iridescent back feathers. 

They can also be seen in surrounding farmland.
