Beach Wheelchair
A free beach wheelchair is available for any person who is disabled, elderly or infirm to enable their access to the beach at Sandy Point.
NB: Two adults are required to push the wheelchair through soft sand when entering and leaving the beach, particularly to get back up the dunes when returning to the boardwalk.

When collecting the beach wheelchair you will need to …
bring the completed User Registration Form (or complete one at the pick-up) and sign the Conditions of Use attached to this form
bring Photo ID (such as driver’s licence or pensioner card)
bring 2 carers to manage the safe usage of the wheelchair
