Little Corella

Little Corella at Sandy Point

COMMON NAME: Little Corella

CATEGORIES: Bush Farmland

These birds are occasional visitors to Sandy Point, arriving in huge and very noisy flocks.

They are medium sized white parrots that screech raucously.

They are very entertaining to watch as they squabble amongst themselves and prance around.

You will see them on the ground where they feed on seeds.
